What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute business objectives by delivering against quarterly sales goals through perfect store principles
- Manage and record all weekly activities and customer insights using CRM systems
- Monitor and analyze store and account level KPIs for improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build diverse customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
