What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a variety of inbound tickets and respond to live phone calls as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients through phone and email correspondence
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and requests
- Resolve tickets by ensuring effective communication and coordination with field teams
- Accept coaching and feedback from team leaders to foster continuous improvement in your role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must demonstrate reliability through punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to maintain a professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor when interacting with caregivers, clients, and coworkers
- Experience in managing customer service inquiries through various communication channels
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for personal and professional growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare or home care industry
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer relationship management software
- Skills in conflict resolution and effective communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
