  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support studio executives and developers in maintaining authentic, community-oriented social media presences across various platforms.
  - Partner with leaders and developers to draft, edit, and refine social media content in their voice while ensuring alignment with studio values.
  - Develop content ideas that highlight developer insights and creative processes for the gaming community.
  - Monitor engagement and provide meaningful community insights to executives and developers.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social activity with major studio announcements and cultural conversations.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 5+ years of experience with social platforms and online communities.
  - Minimum 5+ years of strong social copywriting skills, capable of adapting tone for different audiences.
  - Minimum 5+ years of experience interpreting engagement and community feedback qualitatively.
  - Proven ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams while exercising strong editorial judgment.
  - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with gaming communities or the interactive entertainment industry.
  - Experience supporting social media for executives or game developers.
  - Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  - Understanding of developer culture and community-driven gaming ecosystems.
  - Experience translating qualitative engagement insights into actionable guidance.
