      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business teams to assess and navigate legal and regulatory issues affecting licensed and regulated product offerings
      - Support Compliance, Product, and other Teams by interpreting regulatory, licensing, and enforcement requirements
      - Engage with regulators to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues related to the application of regulations to products and operations
      - Evaluate products, features, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations
      - Collaborate with attorneys across the Legal Team to align on cross-functional legal strategies and guidance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least four years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or state or federal regulatory or enforcement agency
      - A Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
      - Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance in a practical business context

      - Previous experience working with regulatory agencies
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
