What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, revise, format, and proof legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and internal memoranda
- Manage document version control, incorporate attorney comments, and coordinate execution logistics
- Schedule and support legal meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up actions
- Prepare and file corporate annual reports and other regulatory filings applicable to government contractors
- Serve as the primary administrator for contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal operations systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 3-7 years of experience as a corporate or government contracting paralegal, preferably in an in-house environment
- Experience supporting government contracts, subcontracts, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS structure and government contractor compliance requirements
- Proficiency with CLM systems, document management platforms, and legal technology tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with corporate annual reports and entity management
- Additional experience with PAC filings
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document comparison/redlining tools
