  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage and coordinate the progress of large, high-profile projects through order review, meetings, and communication with internal departments and customers
  - Attend and coordinate meetings related to production, drafting, and project reviews
  - Maintain project review lists and ensure effective communication among all parties involved
  - Troubleshoot details, materials, or field conflicts to ensure project success
  - Update ERP system order notes and maintain both electronic and physical project files
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with 7 to 10 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  - In-depth knowledge of construction and fabrication methods/processes
  - Experience with reviewing architectural and structural drawings
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with BPCS, Windows Office programs, AutoCAD, and/or Bluebeam
  - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  - Management, organizational, and leadership skills
  - Willingness to travel up to 25%
  - Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
