What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Strong sales background with proven outbound calling experience
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or call center success
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and self-motivated
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in upselling additional materials or services
- Ability to work comfortably with KPIs and performance-based goals
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems
