What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Engage with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Analyze project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes and enhance customer value
- Evaluate project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating on mitigation strategies to ensure project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong IT and systems background with hands-on experience in software-heavy environments
- Proficient communication skills in Polish and English
- Experience managing large-scale deployments involving multiple devices
- Ability to engage directly with hospital customers and explain technical requirements
- Valid B driving license required for frequent on-site visits and travel

- Experience with complex or enterprise-scale solutions in a health technology context
- Familiarity with network topics such as connectivity and infrastructure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
