      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
      - Professionally respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions
      - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as necessary
      - Follow up on complicated customer interactions when required
      - Accurately record details of customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
      - Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation and typing at 30+ words per minute
      - Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience in a call center environment
      - A friendly, confident demeanor and self-starter attitude
      - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly
