What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct leadership to Aero Advantage teams, assisting, coaching, and mentoring employees for high performance
- Oversee all aspects of Aero Advantage projects to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity
- Act as the primary customer interface from project turnover to the end of warranty
- Manage material flow and crew schedules across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and costs
- Ensure adherence to safety programs and implement corrective actions for any deficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent education and experience
- LM2500/LM6000/Aeroderivative Technical Advisor experience or previous Customer Service Manager experience in Power Generation
- 5+ years' experience in management of construction and/or field service segments
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment
- Successful candidate must complete pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Ability to develop financial plans and execute to a budget
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with all organizational levels and key customer contacts
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
