      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
      - Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through solutions and ensuring a positive experience
      - Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
      - Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms
      - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - At least 6 months of call center experience required
      - Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
      - Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain engagement on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
