What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and memberships
- Deliver personalized and proactive solutions while recommending valuable products and services
- Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
- Resolve issues quickly and critically in a non-scripted environment
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
- High school diploma or GED
- Must reside within 80 miles of the employer's location
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
