      UnitedHealth is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Live Chat Support team, fully remote within the USA. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch customer service through live chat interactions with our valued customers. You will assist with inquiries related to tire services, automotive maintenance, and scheduling appointments, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and accurate assistance.       Responsibilities
      • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about tire services and automotive products.
      • Assist customers with appointment scheduling, order tracking, and service recommendations.
      • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking to resolve issues promptly.
      • Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and assist in training.
      • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and ensure all customer needs are addressed effectively.
      • Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and policies to provide customers with the most relevant information.

      Requirements
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
      • Previous experience in customer service, especially in live chat support, is a plus.
      • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
      • Proficient with computers and technology; experience with live chat software or CRM systems is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
      • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
