What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and respond to incoming email and live chat requests from users seeking assistance with the online tax product
- Provide courteous and professional support to users at all times
- Educate users on the basic functionalities of the online tax product
- Collaborate with department managers and team members to resolve user issues
- Continuously enhance knowledge in specific subjects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reading fluency and strong attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in telemarketing, retail, or customer relations
- Proven dependability and professionalism in a customer service setting
