      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments
      - Assist patients with billing updates, payment plan establishment, and scheduling needs
      - Conduct research and resolution of customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions
      - Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Previous data entry experience
      - Availability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
      - Must be located near a Sentara hospital or hub for potential on-site visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare-related customer service operations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
      - Proficient in using customer service software and tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
