What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve store requests or inquiries regarding distribution deliveries, including credits, schedules, and general questions
- Manage a ticketing system to ensure timely responses to requests within 48 hours
- Advise stores on current policies related to deliveries and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to facilitate quick order updates and communications
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Operations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma; degree preferred
- Customer service experience and familiarity with ticketing systems preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data entry and solid skills in MS Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a retail or distribution environment
- Familiarity with pet products and services
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving
- Previous experience working in a team-focused environment
- Availability to work weekends as needed
