What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the frontline representative of the employer's brand across various support channels including phone, chat, and email
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, recommend products and services, and resolve customer complaints
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Educate customers on the use of the employer's website and books
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of online customer service chat experience
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Strong ability to work in a goal-oriented, self-motivated team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using current technologies and products common in customer service operations
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook; proficiency in various CRM systems
- Active listening skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent attendance and reliability
