What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders
- Personalize customer interactions while offering additional products
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Maintain a distraction-free work environment while working from home
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations in a high-paced environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Must be able to sit for long periods and follow computer system requirements

- Experience in a virtual work environment with a structured schedule
- Strong communication skills to engage with various customer styles and team members
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently, collaborating with IT when necessary
