      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide friendly and effective customer service by answering questions about products and services
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Utilize a call flow guide to assist with inbound customer support
      - Maintain accurate documentation and information retrieval in databases
      - Stay knowledgeable about client products such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong focus on building customer relationships and comfort with technology
      - Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
      - Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong computer navigation skills
      - Availability to work flexible hours during the employer's hours of operation
