      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and process data into the accounts payable system according to established hospital policies
      - Ensure timely entry of invoices and check requests for payment
      - Perform audits to ensure accurate data entry of vendor payments
      - Verify purchase orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies with the Purchasing department
      - Maintain organized and accessible files for invoices and vendor documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 Year/Associate Degree in Accounting or related field, preferred
      - 6 months of basic accounts payable experience, preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Proficiency in computer skills and logical thinking
      - Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with accounts payable systems and procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
