      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**

      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
      - Utilize a call flow guide to manage inbound customer support inquiries
      - Document and track information in databases for effective issue resolution
      - Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
      - Proficiency in using and explaining technology
      - A quiet, distraction-free home environment for remote work

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule during operational hours (8am-11:30pm EST)
