      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage customer relationships in Georgia, ensuring they receive value from the YouScience platform
      - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address client needs and technical challenges
      - Conduct webinars and virtual training sessions to optimize product usage for clients
      - Monitor client progress and deliver timely guidance to ensure successful outcomes
      - Identify opportunities for expanding customer usage of YouScience products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years in a customer-facing role (or equivalent)
      - Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
      - Experience working in a CRM
      - Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 2+ years working in education or education services
      - Experience with educators or in EdTech
      - Knowledge of Salesforce
