      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers and channel partners through smooth onboarding and implementation processes
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing strategic advice on space utilization
      - Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks or optimization opportunities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and influence product enhancements
      - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead renewal discussions to ensure ROI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, preferably in PropTech or Commercial Real Estate
      - Proven ability to manage enterprise customers and collaborate with technical and operational teams
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills for building credibility with senior stakeholders
      - Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with BI or analytics platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Facilities Management or IoT SaaS environments
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
      - Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities in a startup environment
      - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction
      - Ability to develop compelling case studies that highlight customer impact
