What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships through regular check-ins and monthly contact with customers
- Provide training on the RepairPal platform to customers
- Drive customer retention and new business growth by understanding program offerings
- Handle escalations and work to prevent cancellations while consulting with RepairPal Shops
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple details effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the automotive industry, whether in a shop, dealership, or as a service/success professional
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
