      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email
      - Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities and completing tasks within time constraints
      - Learn and retain product knowledge quickly, employing problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
      - Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience
      - Provide basic training to customers on installed products and participate in after-hours support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of exceeding established goals and objectives
      - Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems
      - Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of POS applications such as Micros/GEMpos
      - BS/BA in a related field, Business or Technical (recommended but not required)
      - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus
      - Enthusiastic personality that fosters a positive work environment
      - Ability to work as a team player with a customer-focused attitude
