      • Customer Support

      - Create and follow up on support tickets to resolve transaction discrepancies

      - Respond to refund and replacement inquiries via Zendesk with clarity and professionalism

      - Support process improvements and customer communications

      - Escalate technical issues, create internal tickets, and track them through resolution

      - Assist in maintaining and updating Help Center documentation
      • Lead Generation & Marketing Support

      - Support the VP of Sales in building and refining target lists and buyer personas (e.g., CFOs, Controllers, COOs)

      - Execute and optimize outreach sequences using HubSpot and GMass with clear meeting-booking calls to action

      - Track and improve key metrics, including open rates, replies, bookings, and show rates

      - Convert webinar and conference leads into scheduled meetings through structured follow-ups

      - Assist with outbound outreach to strategic accounts via email, voicemail, and follow-ups

      - Maintain clean, compliant data and strong email deliverability to protect sender reputation and maximize results

      Skill Set
      • 2+ years of customer support experience with Zendesk, including technical web app support. • 2+ years email marketing experience, including Hubspot, Gmass, Wordpress, Webflow and other programs. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, filters) and familiarity with Google Suite and Slack. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactional data. • Excellent written and verbal English communication with clarity and empathy. • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Background in Property Management or rentals • Must be a Filipino currently residing in the Philippines
