      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a comprehensive understanding of legal tech solutions and share knowledge with clients
      - Address and resolve customer concerns and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to enhance customer success
      - Participate in performance and development meetings, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, including phone, email, and chat
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
      - Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, preferred
      - Knowledge of the legal services industry is preferred

      - Previous experience in providing customer service and technical support for a software company
      - Familiarity with client success tools and technologies
