What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional technical support to customer inquiries via email, online chat, and phone
- Assist clients with data migration by reviewing and cleaning up spreadsheets
- Create empowering written content, including training videos and how-to articles
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and suggestions with internal departments
- Collaborate on new projects and ideas to enhance customer support and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or inside sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Technical proficiency and comfort with software and user interfaces
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer service software such as ChurnZero, Zendesk, Hubspot, or ProductBoard
- Previous experience in the nonprofit sector (paid or volunteer)
- A passion for learning and teaching in a customer support environment
