What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely technical support to customers on employer products through written and verbal communications
- Interact and consult with customers on network administration and software systems to support employer products
- Record, track, and document customer requests, ensuring thorough follow-through to resolution
- Serve as a subject matter expert on at least one employer product and assist in training newer team members
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated analytical skills and independent problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate with a team to achieve goals
- Commitment to contributing to an ethical and respectful workplace culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of group insurance/administration, including health benefits or property & casualty/risk management industry
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a technical support environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
