What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer to patients with the highest levels of professionalism and care
- Reach out to patients by phone to remind them to take surveys and collect information
- Provide patients with quick, accurate, and easy-to-understand answers
- Exercise good judgment and follow internal protocols for protecting patient privacy
- Track throughput and backlog and communicate metrics to the operations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional phone communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Proficiency with GSuite and VOIP phones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and pick up new protocols quickly
- Good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience working with medical records or in a patient-facing healthcare role
