What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer user questions over chat, email, and phone
- Handle user account requests, including application processing and card disputes
- Teach customers how to use the product and translate user confusion into product suggestions
- Identify systemic flaws leading to user problems and work with engineering to resolve them
- Write help articles, FAQs, and improve internal tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Experience or Customer Support role
- Ability to consistently exercise empathy and exude competence
- Strong communication skills to translate complex terminology into clear user communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure
- Willingness to work at least one weekend day per 5-day shift
