What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a wide variety of administrative duties related to compliance documentation
- Review compliance documents for accuracy and run monthly/annual reports, sending alerts to clients as necessary
- Process billing and refund check requests, including creating customer invoices and monitoring the refund check process
- Assist with post-entry services such as protests, post-summary corrections, and voluntary tenders
- Ensure compliance with specific policies and procedures while resolving problems related to billing and shipment tracing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of Customs Brokerage experience
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and thoroughness
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience in handling sensitive matters in a professional manner
- Proven track record of building positive relationships with customers
- Skills in multi-tasking and establishing priorities effectively
- Knowledge of Deringer-specific operating systems and compliance processes
