What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain enterprise Threat Detection architecture, including SIEM and SOAR technologies
- Lead the creation of advanced detection content and automated response workflows
- Serve as a technical advisor to improve SOC visibility and operational efficiency
- Oversee integration of security tools and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Mentor detection engineers and SOC analysts, providing guidance during major incidents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems expected
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a related field
- Expert-level knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms and strong experience with EDR/XDR and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell)
- Deep understanding of detection engineering and incident response
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- Experience with containerized environments and cloud-native logging
- Familiarity with OT/IIoT environments and detection challenges
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, C#, etc.)
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
