What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate training needs and develop plans for teams and individuals
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments
- Research and select appropriate training methods
- Schedule orientations and lead On-the-Job Training (OJT) program
- Coordinate logistics of new hire's first two weeks and track trainees through their first year

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, systems security, or information technology
- Experience with compliance-based auditing using various frameworks and regulations
- Work experience in a training/curriculum development role
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience as an ISSM, Sr. ISSO, or ISSO
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous work experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to complete full training cycle
- Enthusiasm for creative thinking and complex problem-solving
