What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical sales support and consultations to drive growth in collaboration with the sales team and key dealers
- Engage with industry associations and competitors to stay updated on market trends and developments
- Create and deliver technical sales presentations at various events and meetings
- Collaborate with marketing to influence development and execution of marketing strategies
- Support research department by providing technical insights for new product launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD with 5-9 years of experience preferred, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of field experience
- Strong knowledge of dairy species nutritional requirements and management
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and presentation abilities
- Experience in providing customer-facing technical support and training
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications for customers
