      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft the scope for the data and analytics workstream, ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and KPIs
      - Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), data mapping specifications, and user stories for data modelers and engineers
      - Analyze delegated authority data sources through profiling and exploratory queries to support data transformations
      - Evaluate quality criteria for requirements and analyze existing reports to identify new data specifications
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to ensure compliance with analytics and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Business/System/Data Analyst delivering data projects in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Specialty insurance
      - Domain knowledge of Delegated Authority, particularly with VIPR integration
      - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency in Databricks medallion architecture and understanding of logical and physical modeling
      - Strong understanding of GDPR, Solvency II, and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Functional knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks
      - Experience with Lloyd’s/London Market and Syndicate data structures
