      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from various sources
      - Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business strategies
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet data needs
      - Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field
      - 2 years' experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare
      - Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
      - Experience with data visualization tools preferred
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related industry
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
