      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data research and analysis to prepare reports communicating results and supporting business initiatives
      - Act as a data steward, ensuring integrity and reliability of analytics through business definitions and data mart design
      - Develop healthcare measures, reports, and analytics solutions focused on access to care, referrals management, and provider productivity
      - Consult with business stakeholders to clarify reporting and analysis requests, creating requirements documentation
      - Query and validate data, conducting root cause analysis for outliers and issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a data and analytics-related field such as Business Statistics, Business Administration, or Computer Science
      - Three or more years of experience in data compilation, reporting, and analytics using data tools
      - Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and analytical tools such as SAS, Business Objects, and Tableau
      - Previous experience with healthcare operational data and coding systems (CPT, ICD10) preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with analytical tools and BI systems (MSSQL, Python, Databricks, AWS Quick Suite, Tableau)
      - Familiarity with Epic Cogito data models or outpatient EHR data models
      - Previous work experience with medical groups or multi-clinic operational data
