What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze real-time telemetry alerts and operational datasets to validate incidents and assess operational impact
- Provide analytical context and data-driven insights during incident investigations
- Track remediation actions, response timelines, and outcomes using structured operational data
- Identify recurring incident patterns and recommend improvements for monitoring and reporting practices
- Maintain accurate records of analyses, incidents, and findings in approved tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, or telemetry/monitoring-focused role
- Hands-on experience with time-series data, logs, alerts, or event-driven datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret real-time data
- Excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting data centers, infrastructure operations, or NOC/SOC environments
- Familiarity with incident management or operational analytics practices
- Exposure to telemetry, observability, or monitoring platforms
- Understanding of root cause analysis concepts and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
