      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Clean, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to crisis services and healthcare systems
      - Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate program performance and service outcomes
      - Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for federal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to translate findings into actionable insights
      - Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and ensure data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis supporting program evaluation, public health, or behavioral health initiatives
      - Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, Health Services Research, or a related quantitative field
      - Demonstrated experience managing, cleaning, and analyzing large and complex datasets
      - Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, Stata, Python, or Excel Power Query, with experience in SQL
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting federal contracts, particularly with HHS agencies like SAMHSA or CDC
      - Familiarity with crisis services systems and behavioral health policy
      - Knowledge of implementation science and mixed-methods evaluation approaches
      - Experience preparing technical reports or publications for federal audiences
      - Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
