What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, including decision management tool design
- Interface with IT to ensure effective use of IT-sponsored tools
- Design and develop reporting tools to organize, analyze, and report data
- Collaborate with departments to define and develop report deliverables
- Continuously assess and improve data collection and reporting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; additional 3-4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and relational database management (e.g., MS Access, MS SQL)
- Experience with reporting software such as Actuate, Cognos, Crystal Reports, or SAS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
