What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain software and DB2 environments in compliance with STIG and/or SRG, including applying security patches and maintaining documentation
- Provide technical services and support for DB2 database software on DISA mainframe systems
- Install, customize, upgrade, and maintain DB2 Software on mainframe platforms running z/OS
- Ensure all work is completed according to departmental SOPs, including updating tickets and documentation
- Utilize SMP/E for software installation and maintenance on the IBM Mainframe platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five years of experience supporting COOP in an IBM mainframe ACE, ensuring system availability during disaster recovery scenarios
- Must possess one of the following certifications: A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network +CE, or SSCP
- Active Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to support customers across multiple time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with three years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in supporting COOP in an IBM mainframe ACE
- Prior successful experience working in a remote environment
