What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analyses involving Demand-Side Management (DSM) program evaluation and research for electric and gas utilities
- Collect, synthesize, and translate information from various sources into cohesive findings and results
- Produce quantitative analysis and conduct technical interviews to obtain necessary data
- Communicate analytical approaches, results, and implications through presentations and meetings
- Provide guidance and direction to less experienced analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or higher in sciences, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of applicable experience in relevant fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report writing skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with program evaluation, statistics, survey design, and energy efficiency systems
- Previous professional experience in energy efficiency, public policy, environmental consulting, or market research
