      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in workflow evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and maintenance of PowerScribe 360 and ancillary diagnostic reporting systems
      - Optimize PowerScribe 360 within the integrated solution environment to maximize physician efficiency and data integrity
      - Process requests from users in a timely and efficient manner
      - Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve user issues
      - Create and maintain documentation and video training materials to support all users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - One to three years of healthcare applications experience, including support, training, implementation, and optimization
      - Experience in clinical systems implementation, systems maintenance, and physician support
      - Strong analytical skills to dissect problems and communicate creative solutions
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of reporting software systems such as PowerScribe and Altamont
      - Radiology clinical knowledge
      - Experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
