What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in workflow evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and maintenance of diagnostic reporting systems
- Optimize software to maximize physician efficiency and ensure data integrity for clinical and regulatory standards
- Process user requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve user issues
- Create and maintain documentation and video training materials for user support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- One to three years of healthcare applications experience, including support, training, implementation, and optimization
- Experience in clinical systems implementation and maintenance, with a preference for radiology clinical knowledge
- Strong analytical skills to address problems and communicate solutions effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of reporting software systems such as PowerScribe and Altamont
- Experience working on cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and dependable work ethic
- Demonstrated customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
