  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate with other Digital Delivery Specialists and BIM Coordinators to implement BIM technology across projects
  - Manage software applications that support BIM and project delivery
  - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in digital design
  - Assist project teams in developing BIM workflows and troubleshooting model management issues
  - Document processes and provide BIM-related training programs for team members
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree in CAD/Drafting
  - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in BIM/3D Modeling
  - Advanced knowledge in building information modeling programs, particularly Revit and Navisworks
  - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  - Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with automation of processes and scripting for BIM projects
  - Familiarity with Clash-Detection and project coordination practices
  - Ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of development
  - Proactive attitude with a willingness to introduce new ideas to the team
  - Understanding of BIM facility lifecycle and interoperability management
