What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies for transactional, promotional, and informational content
- Oversee paid digital media activities, including social media and search outlets
- Manage and maintain the organization's website, including content updates and troubleshooting
- Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies and provide quarterly reports
- Collaborate on integrated email marketing campaigns to support annual fundraising and organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, communications, or journalism
- 3-5 years of experience managing an organization's website, email deployment, and paid digital search campaigns
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, email marketing tools (preferably Engaging Networks), Microsoft SharePoint, and Google Analytics and Ad Manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google for Nonprofits preferred
