What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of data science projects
- Drive the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models
- Work closely with executive leadership to understand business needs
- Promote knowledge sharing and training within the data science team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in data science and quantitative analyses
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for implementing predictive models
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the Higher-Education Industry
- Familiarity with deep learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services
- Proven track record of building machine learning models involving images, videos, or audio data
