What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sales teams to meet and exceed revenue goals while instilling core values of honesty and accountability
- Engage with potential and existing key accounts to establish strong relationships and promote product quality
- Oversee staffing and professional development of the sales team, including coaching and training for high performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze issues affecting the Enterprise channel and implement process improvements
- Develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience at all client levels, including Board level
- 5+ years of people leadership and management experience
- Proven track record in selling and managing complex telecommunications and technology solutions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support account analysis and customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading sales teams to sell solutions to both large and mid-size enterprises
- Ability to manage a multi-million-dollar sales quota effectively
- Proven skills in developing C-level executive relationships
- Knowledge of IT/Telco industry dynamics and trends
