What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and lead the global sales compensation strategy to support scalable growth and align with business objectives
- Architect compensation frameworks and incentive structures that motivate the GTM organization
- Oversee governance of commission processes to ensure accuracy and transparency across all regions
- Optimize systems like CaptivateIQ for data-driven insights and scalable operations
- Provide executive-level guidance on complex deal structures and ensure policy alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, or related fields
- Proven experience leading global sales compensation programs at scale, including quota-carrying roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation structures and cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise with CaptivateIQ (or similar systems) and ability to drive system improvements
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of sales performance metrics
