What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the annual customer planning process for Walmart and Sam’s Club to achieve sales revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Develop and manage senior-level relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart and Sam’s Club
- Guide and manage broker partners to execute sales strategies effectively
- Leverage analytics to inform strategy and optimize customer distribution and merchandising
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage processes around demand planning and product innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive retail sales experience within the US grocery industry
- Minimum 5+ years working directly with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
- Proven track record of increasing company revenues and managing large accounts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail metrics and P&L management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in dry grocery, frozen, and/or in-store bake categories
- Experience managing both branded and private label portfolios
- Skilled in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executives and partners
